Hi there! I’m Caitlin.

I guess you could say eating well has always been a passion of mine.  My family was in the restaurant business long before I was even an idea.  From scooping fries on the counter of Dad’s barbecue restaurant at age 2 to serving as the Chief of Operations for two restaurants in my thirties… delicious food, interesting atmosphere, and the company of good friends have always been some of the primary ways in which I love to serve.

In 2005, I discovered the practice of Yoga and found an additional passion for service in helping people find wellness through movement and meditation; ultimately adding Personal Training, Life Coaching, Nutritionist, and Brain Health Trainer to my list of ways to serve my community.  As I developed my Wellness business and began connecting with others in the industry, I couldn’t help but notice that the vast majority of people I talked to had no idea how to manage their time and money in order to maximize their earning potential and minimize their risk of burnout…and no particular desire to learn because they’d rather focus on serving their clients than stay cooped up at a desk figuring out the financials.

And so Bee Well Bookkeeping was born!  I love charts and graphs and numbers and planning.  Like, really LOVE it.  And I equally love knowing that the skills I’ve developed through operating my own successful small businesses over the last 20 years can help others find more time and create a healthier business. I want to take care of your financials so that you can serve your clients well, rest well, adventure well, and bee well.
